Hi there, @Bishop. Welcome to the Bell Community.
We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with your service. If so, for the Community to be better able to assist you, could you please provide further details as to the issues you're experiencing?
Do keep in mind that many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions in particular right now, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, etc.
- You only specify 3G - are you only seeing issues with your data speeds? What about calling or text messaging?
- Have you tried changing the network settings in your phone?
- Are the issues only happening indoors at home, or outdoors as well?
- Do you know of anyone else in the area having similar issues?
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
- Have you gotten in touch with our technical support team to open a ticket?
You may also find our How To article Troubleshooting voice calls on your Bell Mobility phone
helpful. We'd also recommend checking out our How To article on Troubleshooting data connectivity on your Bell Mobility phone
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I live in Mayerthorpe, Alberta. I have iPhone 13. For at least the last month or so we have very poor cell service. It doesn’t matter whether I’m inside or outside. At the very most I get two bars.
What’s up with that?

Good Day.
It is very difficult to answer that question without knowing a lot more specific detail. Have you contacted Bell Mobility to review this situation with their tech support team? If not, then you need to do so. They are more capable of analyzing this signal issue than we could be on the community forum.
Bell Mobility Tech Support: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
In the interim, do you have access to Internet? If you have a poor cellular signal but are able to connect to a Wi-Fi network, this will allow you to expand your mobile coverage.
There is no additional cost for using Wi-Fi Calling on your phone. Your Wi-Fi Calling usage will be included as part of the unlimited nationwide calling on eligible rate plans.
Please have look at the web link that I have provided below.
Wi-Fi Calling Feature | Bell Mobility | Bell Canada
Thank you for posting your question on the Bell Community Forum.
Take care.

Anyone else in remote areas that bell state in store they have good service, but over the years they have gotten worse?!
they’re using Telus towers in northern Alberta community’s, Telus gets full service from their towers, bell customers get 1-2 bars and can’t access data due to the poor network connectivity.
bells resolution is $5 a month off your bill for two years… um hello, that doesn’t cover a pittance of the services we’re not getting!
Anyone else tired of a million dollar company who doesn’t care to produce proper cell service?

Thank you for your concern. While your comment is general in nature, if you have a specific location you wish to ask about, please provide more details such as a community name. Cellular service, because it is a radio-based service, can be variable based on many factors. Conversation is always welcome.
