Out of service in the parkade where is the TNT at Metrotown.

 My friends use Telus and Koodo. Me and my wife use Bell. We r went to the lower ground floor where is the TNT at Metrotown shopping.  You know what happened. Our Bell’s LTE ,5G network all dead. Can’t do anything. 
Is anything  Bell can do ?

Underground parkades such as those attached to shopping centres are well-known places to lose cellular signal.

To be able to place calls and send and receive text messages with no signal, a great feature to check out would be our Wi-Fi calling
