How do I obtain a transcript of a phone call conversation placed several days ago?

Bell does not offer a general service for retrieving or providing transcripts of phone calls, either for personal calls or calls to customer service. While Bell may record some calls for quality assurance and training purposes, this is not a service offered to customers for accessing call records.

Similarly, call and message records/transcripts are also not available upon request, unless required for court related purposes. "If it is needed for such a request, it has to be requested by the court/lawyers."

Incoming / outgoing call history & text usage cannot be retrieved nor provided once it has been deleted from your device.

Thank you for your question. The most simple and clear answer is that your request is not possible. There is no technical or practical way for Bell to provide a transcript or recording of any phone call you may have made or received. Your phone calls are your own business and private.
