I have been living in near Petawawa Ontario for while now and the cell service is slow and intermittent. I have gone through the cell phone settings to find out if there is something I can change, but there is not. I lose calls or they are very broken and hard to understand. I wifi calling at home which is better, but I do not spend a lot of time at home due to work, and it is important to have service to stay in contact with my children and family.

Hi there, @chrish13. Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Bell Community.
For the Community to be better able to assist you, could you please provide further details as to the issues you're experiencing?
Do keep in mind that many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, etc.
- Have you tried changing the network settings in your phone? For Android, you would want to go Mobile networks > Network operators > disable and re-enable Select automatically.
- Are the issues only happening indoors at home, or outdoors as well?
- Do you know of anyone else in the are having similar issues?
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
- Have you got in touch with our technical support team to open a ticket?
You may also find our How To article Troubleshooting voice calls on your Bell Mobility phone
helpful.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I tried disabling the network and turning it back on, and i have the same issues.
I have the issue while outside, and inside. it is a little better outside then inside, but My contacts still tell me the call is not very clear.
I know that pretty much everyone that works in the same place as i do have the same issue. the speeds are also ridiculasly slow. if there are other trouble shooting steps that I can take i will gladly try them.
I have no been in contact with the technical teams because I did not think there was anything we can do for poor service.
through out the while I in the middle of no where i get decent service, but i need it i do not have it.

Hey there @chrish13 ,
We appreciate all of the details in your post and attempted troubleshooting. However, the issues being limited to the one building/location and is somewhat resolved the moment you walk out, makes it sound like the building materials are affecting the signal.
We will be happy to look into it and have sent you a private message.
