In the website it says my area is covered for 5G and LTE but I am currently receiving 1 bar for 5G and 1-2 bars for LTE, WhatsApp and Gmail takes forever loading calls are breaking and dropping, any information about new towers in the area?

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties with your data speeds and calling. Could you share some details with the Community to be better able to assist?
- Have you already spoken to Tech Support in regards to the issues?
- When you say "my area", is this only your home address? Do you see a change in service when elsewhere, i.e. going to work, going shopping, etc.?
- What troubleshooting steps have you personally completed, if any? Replacing the SIM card, restarting your phone and/or trying different phones, etc.
- How long has the issue been going on for?
- Do you know anyone else with Bell having similar issues in your area?
In regards to the calls dropping, we'd recommend checking out Wi-Fi Calling
as well.
