Sent phone to get fixed. No response in 2 months.

I sent my phone to get I fixed and they sent me a box to put my phone in. That was almost two months ago and no one seems to know where it is. And sadly I’m still paying for it. Does that mean I’ll never get it back or get a new one?

Hi there, @Yup. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.

When you sent your phone for repairs, was this done through your manufacturer's warranty or through our Smart Phone Care extended warranty? It's important to note that SPC only provides coverage beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty period. As such, if you went that route, you'll need to follow up with the manufacturer of your particular phone for further inquiry.

As additional info, if you haven't already made a claim with Canada PostOpens in a new tab or window to open an investigation into a missing package, we would recommend doing so.

You can also refer to our Support article on How to protect your mobile phone with Smart Phone CareOpens in a new tab or window for additional info on provided additional coverage.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
