Troubleshooting iOS 17 Live Voicemail

Yesterday I realized that I needed to turn live voice mail off on my iphone 14 in order for the carrier voicemail to work.

I have an iPhone 11 with iOS 17. After I upgraded the software, my voicemail has not been working properly. I will see a red notification that I have a voicemail. When I try to listen to it, I'm told "You have no voicemail."

I have the exact same issue. Talked to customer service who couldn’t help. They created a ticket for Tech Help to contact me. So far they’ve left 3 voicemails that I can’t listen to because it says I have no messages. Guess they didn’t read the ticket.

The carrier voicemail works when you turn off live voice mail.

My I phone does not indicate that I have a voice mail.  Messages are left on my voice mail but I don't get

any alerts. I used to.

My voice mail greeting is not saving on iPhone 13 iOS 17.1.1

After upgrading to iOS 17 my voicemail will no change from standard voice even though I recorded a new message and saved it.

Bell has somehow changed my outgoing message from my personal greeting to a "standard" greeting by a man with a South Asian accent.  WTH??? Even if I go back in and try to change it to a personal greeting, it won't change.

Just recently I have been receiving a printed version of voicemails with no audio recorded at all. As soon as I read the printed version which comes onto a screen when I push the voicemail icon, the message is gone and not recorded as audio. This must be a new feature but there is no way to hold onto my voicemail messages to return calls at another time. Please help if you have had this issue and found a resolution. Thanks!

Since updating our phones, both my phone and my wife’s phone no longer receives voice messages. It says we have messages but when we try to listen to them it says there is no messages.

My voicemail greeting has been changed without my consent. And now it won’t record my voice for the greeting. Please help. Did another company takeover as the Carrier Voicemail or has my iPhone been hacked?

Same problem here. I have an iPhone 15, Voice messages left for me, Bell Mobility Voice Message Centre tells me I have no voice messages.
