Unable to receive calls after 6PM

everyday after 6pm anyone whom tries to call me gets the message this number is no longer in service. it works during the day but nothing by the end of the day. 

i can text and call anyone but no one can call me after 6pm

I am new to bell and this has been happening since I signed up 5 days ago.

please help

In order to best assist, we will need some details from you;

  • Did you receive a new number with your service or you brought a pre-existing number with you?
  • Have you tried to reset your network settings in your phone and complete a power cycle (restart)?
  • Have you got in touch with our technical support? If so did you receive a heat ticket number?
