Was just wondering that if any incoming calls I receive that end up in voicemail do they count as my incoming call time?

Your airtime minutes (call time) will only be consumed during the retrieval of your voicemails. This is due that when you call your voicemail, it's accessing the Bell network the same as making a regular phone call.
Thank you for your question.
Take care.

Hiii,
My plan includes unlimited canada call and message centre. Does it mean it is free to leave or receive voicemail?
I have this question because my former service company shows Voicemail in my plan. But now I changed to Bell, it doesn't show voicemail.

Thank you for the question. Message Centre is included in most Bell plans. Airtime, long distance and roaming charges may apply when you access your voice mailbox using your mobile phone. You can check your account on the MyBell web page to see if it is included in your account. You can find more information on Message Centre here. https://support.bell.ca/Mobility/Rate_plans_features/How_to_use_Message_Centre
