iPhone 11 - app disconnects

1. Contacts app is no longer connected to phone app - calls come in with no names, can’t search contacts directly in phone app

2. photos/ camera app no longer connected to Snapchat/ messenger/ family album apps - can no longer use Snapchat but if open a notification directly can still see incoming and reply in text only. Can no longer directly send a photo in messenger or access photo app but can go into photos and directly share media into messenger chats. Can no longer upload photos/ videos directly within family album app but can go into photos and share from there. 

3. text messages work most of the time, but occasionally will glitch and not send or send but not show on my phone. 

 

I have tried following the links provided in the apps saying to go to settings and provide app permissions but the camera/ photo apps aren’t even listed in settings. 
i have went to screentime and ensured the allow permissions is on.

Anyone having issues with gmail/Apps notifications on their iPhone on the Bell network? Our entire family has lost them. All checks have been done on the phone and app. Other networks are working fine on sane type of device
