My phone can not use the wifi
I checked my bell account but signal is excellent
If I turn on the Wi-Fi, it's loading and it's not connecting
How can I use it? What is the problem?

Hi everyone - there are lots of apple forums that highlight this issue. It's interference from the 5GHZ - 160 mhz bandwidth specifically. Unfortunately, unless you turn off whole home (i.e. automatic channel selection), you can't prevent the HH3000 or HH4000 from picking that bandwidth. Only my iPhone 15 Pro and Macbook M2 have this issue - no older apple products have this issue.
My solution was to turn off 'whole home' -> enter the advanced settings -> select 80 mhz bandwidth on the 5Ghz and 6GHZ channels. Unfortunately, I do lose the use of my pods (needs whole home) so I sent them back to Bell. From time to time, I do need to cycle through new channels (not bandwidth) but my internet is fast and stable. Would be great if Bell could fix this for whole home. I miss my pods.

Hi! I have a Gigahub. Do you know if the same issue you’re describing is affecting me?

small typo - change the bandwidth on the 5GHZ and 6GHZ to separate frequencies but do not use 160 mhz on either of them.

I also have the Homehub 4000 / gigahub. This does affect you. Do not use the 160 mhz bandwidth on any of your channels and watch what happens.

Ok this is awesome.. thanks for this. But I’m still an idiot— where do I go exactly to change these settings? (Re: your screenshot)?

Hi. I called Bell. I figured out how to turn off “whole home”. Will report back if it fixes my girlfriend’s iPhone 15 problem. Thanks again for this important information.

Hi guys. As an update:
The problem is solved. Thanks to all of your recommendations (Welsh, WorkTrader, Nick).
I called Bell and they helped me through taking the “whole home” option off and splitting the Wi-fi between 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz and 6Ghz channels. Anyone can do this themselves on the Giga Portal or Portal, I just forgot my password.
My girlfriend’s iPhone 15 works great on the 6hz network. It was probably, like WorkTrader said, not connecting properly to the “Whole home” option and defaulting to 2.4hz network instead of a higher frequency network

I have an iPhone 11. Since switching to Bell Mobility from Rogers, my phone constantly switches from wifi to LTE and then back to wifi. What’s going on?

Thank you for your question. Can you say more about when your phone switches between wifi and cellular? Do you have Bell internet? We need more information to provide an informed response.

I’m with Bell Fibe. The wifi goes off intermittently throughout the day. One minute wifi is working and the next LTE.

Just turn off 'Wifi 6E mode' from Automatic in Wifi settings. It will work fine.

today my iphone 13 and iphone 15 stopped connecting to my Bell Fibe wifi (which I switched to last month). my computer and iPad can connect. The phones see the network, and accept the password, but won't connect. I restarted the modem, restarted the phones and "forget this network" to try the wifi from scratch. I've tried automatic IP and manually putting in 192.168.2.1 how can i get back on wifi on my phones!
