Twillingate Newfoundland's cell service it poor at best. I am 2 km from the tower and in line of site of same and cannot get a good connection for voice. They cannot hear me or I cannot hear them. There is too much traffic in town to handle the amount of users.
Does anyone know where to complain about not enough channels for this area?

Hi there @mrracicot ,
Welcome to the Bell Community and thanks for your post.
For the Community to be better able to assist you, could you please provide further details as to the issues you're experiencing?
Do keep in mind that many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, etc.
- Do you know of anyone else in the area having similar issues?
- Have you tried changing the network settings in your phone? Sometimes preventing your phone from searching for 5G can free up resources to focus on LTE instead.
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
- Have you gotten in touch with our technical support team to open a ticket?
We'd also recommend checking out our How To article on Troubleshooting data connectivity on your Bell Mobility phone
and Troubleshooting voice calls on your Bell Mobility phone
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Twillingate is a very busy area for the months of May through October. Every year during this time the cell service is not adequate to handle the users. During the months of November through April the service is sufficient, except for special occasions. It would be nice to have coverage between Twillingate and Gander but it is very spotty and most of the distance there is no service.
Thanks for you input.
