Accidental device damage repairs are not covered under the manufacturers warranty unless extended coverage has been purchased. To obtain non-warranty repair service contact Apple: iPhone Repair & Service - Apple Support
If you have signed up for Bell Smart/Phone Care then your device is covered for Physical damage/Power surge. Depending on your device, there are varying device deductible / replacement fees.
Take care.

I am in a 2 year contract and my iphone fell out of my pocket, and cracked my camera lens. The camera that works totally fine, no issues at all. However, my 2 years will be up in July. I am on a device return plan

Good Day.
It is very unfortunate that this happened to you. There is little we can do to solve your problem on the Bell Community Forum.
You mentioned that you signed up originally for the 2-yr SmartPay contract with DRO option.
If you opted for the Device Return Option (DRO) program when you bought your phone, you have two choices when your 2-year term ends. You can either return your device in good working condition, or keep it and pay back the Device Return Option Deferred Amount.
In between now & the end of your 2-yr contract, you can visit a participating Bell store to have your phone inspected and, if needed, sent to an authorized repair centre. There would be charges & fees for all repairs.
I wish there was something further I could do for you, but there is not,
Take care.

Hello, I ordered my device upgrade online but I didn’t add smart care to it for some dumb reason. I have had smart care the device I have now since I activated it and it has a cracked screen. Since I had smart care on it since I got it. Can i still activate my new phone without the smart care and return my old device with a cracked screen? Or do I have to fix before i return it while I have the smart care on it?

Good Day & Welcome to the bell Community Forum.
Thank you for posting your question. I can only offer up the following information with the hope that it will be of assistance to you. I would strongly suggest that you call Bell Customer Service Mobility and speak to a representative and / or visit a Bell store location to discuss this further with them.
If you opted for the Device Return Option (DRO) program when you bought your phone, you have two choices when your 2-year term ends. You can either return your device in good working condition, or keep it and pay back the Device Return Option Deferred Amount.
Did you cancel your Bell Smart/Phone Care Plan on your existing device? If so, then your previoius device will not be covered for the cracked screen. If you cancelled the contract, coverage will cease, and billing will cease as well. If it is still covered under the SmartCare warranty repairs, then you should:
- Speak to a Bell in-store representative
- visit bell.ca/SPC
- Call 1 800 667-0123.
In between now & the end of your 2-yr contract, you can visit a participating Bell store to have your phone inspected and, if needed, sent to an authorized repair centre. There would be charges & fees for all repairs.
The best time to enroll in a Smart/Phone Care plan is at time of activation or upgrade. You can also enroll within 30 days of activation or upgrade by visiting any Bell store for a visual inspection of your device. Previously damaged or defective units are not eligible for the program.
