Thank you for that information. That offer is through the Aeroplan store. Questions about Aeroplan points are best addressed directly to Aeroplan or your credit card provider.

Well that sounds like a very painful process, sorry Aeroplan treated you like software guinea pig. I use Aeroplan to pay my Bell account, so the miles just add to full card usage total.
I'm holding back on cell phone buying, as my phone works well enough. I'm on a byop plan with 120 Gb data. I also was given a large"cookie" for staying anchored to Bell. It's not really anything as pricing has changed in the market place and the churn of customers is very high in the industry. The owners are in a better bargaing position.
It however looks like it has stalled out tower upgrading to true 5G service , with throttling to the old data speeds. I test upload and download rates, weekly and it's just silly what Bell claims and what they deliver in Alberta, B.C., and Sakatchewan. It's all marketing crap and twisting of facts.

Thank you and agree with all you have said. To be clear here. I use Aeroplan for my Bell monthly payments. I get those Aeroplan points awarded monthly no issues.
I bought out most of this phone when I took on this new contract except for $80 to be paid over 2 years while on a plan. So leaving to a new provided is very easy without any penalty.

Bell has a promotion with Aeroplan to offer 25K Aeroplan points to new internet subscribers. I was solicited by a door to door salesperson and did sign up yet I see no where that I can enter the BELLAPLIN code to redeem the points. https:www.bell.caMobilityPromotionsAeroplan

In February 2024 I joined Bell because of a promotion with Aeroplan which would give me 10K points if I kept my service active and in good standing on an eligible plan (BYOD Ultimate) for 6 months. We are in september, 6,5 months have passed and so far I did not receive my aeroplan points. I'm sure other people are in the same situation.
Can someone help me?
Thank you in advance,

Well, I finally managed to resolve this issue by contacting Aeroplan directly. They credited the 10K points to my account as per the promotion. 👍

Trying to get promotion code BELLAPLTV credited to my account. I recently switched to Bell for Internet and TV. Aeroplan says I need to talk to Bell.

Does anybody know if it is possible to retroactively receive the Aeroplan points offer for switching your phone provider to Bell? I recently switched but didn’t know that the offer existed, however I would now like to receive the offer if there’s a way to prove that I switched over while the offer was valid.
Please advise
