Hi @Limey66

There is no charge to modify your Bell tv programming. You can do it online or on the Bell app anytime you want as much as you want with no fees.

You can also order programming using your remote if you have FIbe tv, I’m not sure about satellite, but you can’t remove programming using the remote.

Hope this helps 🙂

I always found the easiest way to modify TV programming is by using the MyBell app.  Just select TV from your services page and click on "change".  Easy 😁.

I just signed up for the 10 channel a la carte package. But I would like to change two of the channels I chose. Do I have to wait until the end of my billing cycle or can I do this now without paying full price for those channels on top of the $23?

Thanks.

Not at all. U can swap any channel in this category every few hrs. Even if u realize a mistake after it just take effect, u can still chat w/ online agent to make adjustments.

How do I change my channel selection and can I do it through the app?

Not on the Fibe tv app. You need MyBell app or bell.ca.

Am I able to add a 10 channel ala carte package to the basic channel line up package?

You can make changes to your Fibe TV service by logging in to MyBell & selecting your TV service > Channel line-up > Modify TV channels. From here, you can choose to keep your current package, change your package, add Movies & series, sports,  select à la carte favourite channels, etc. There is no limit to what you can add or change.
