Crave billing after free Crave trial ends

Very unhappy with Bell and their billing for new customers after the two month trial of their free crave, channels etc. I called and they took it off but then all the other prices increased and $75 is now $118.   How does that happen! I called again the end of the month and told one hour plus wait.

Good Day & Welcome.

It is somewhat difficult to answer your question based on the limited information you have provided to us.
The "2 months free" offer for Crave is
a promotion from Bell for new, eligible residential Internet and TV bundle customers. You must sign up for a new TV and Internet bundle to be eligible for the offer, which is valued at approximately $44 and includes 2 months of Crave at no extra cost.

After the two free months of Crave, your account will be billed the normal monthly rate of $22.00/mo. for Crave.

Did you make any changes to your service bundle? Have you reviewed the eligibility and conditions associated with this promotion?

Eligibility and conditions
  • New Bell customers: The promotion is for new residential TV and Internet customers who have not subscribed to the channels in the last 120 days.
  • Bundle requirement: You must subscribe to a new TV and Internet bundle to be eligible.
  • Two-month credit: The offer provides a credit for two months of Crave, currently priced at $22/month, and is subject to change.
  • Opt-in required: You must opt to receive paperless billing to qualify for the promotion.

Changes may affect price: Making any changes to your service bundle may impact your eligibility and could result in the loss of the credit.

If you feel that Bell has made a mistake in overbilling your account, you should contact Bell Customer Service Accounts & billing at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) for any further questions.

Take care.
