Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

To qualify for the autopay monthly credit of $10 per line, you must have an eligible rate plan & it must be set up for: pre-authorized debit payments.

You will receive a 31-day grace period to register for pre-authorized debit payments after adding the autopay credit in an order. If you do not set up pre-authorized debit payment within grace period, the credit will be removed.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

This is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing information.

In order to answer your question, we would need for you to provide us with additional details.

  1. Which mobility plan do you subscribe to?
  2. When did you subscribe to this plan?
  3. Is this a new plan?
  4. Does your plan qualify for the autopay monthly credit?
  5. Did you setup pre-authorized debit payments on MyBell within the 31-day grace period?

You will receive a 31-day grace period to register for pre-authorized debit payments after adding the autopay credit in an order. If you did not set up pre-authorized debit payment within the grace period, the credit will be removed.

You would continue receive the Autopay credit while you’re on an eligible rate plan and registered for pre-authorized debit payments. You can change bank accounts at any time without losing the credit. However, if you change your payment method to pre-authorized credit card or monthly invoice, the credit will be removed.

If this pricing plan sets up an automatic transfer, a $10 discount promotion goes in, so I set up an automatic transfer, but there was another problem, so I canceled it and set up an automatic transfer again, but the promotion doesn't work. If I cancel once, can't I apply the promotion?

Hi,

I want to start a debit pre-auth to take advantage of the $10 discount.

I don't want to share my banking details with Bell though.

Can I set up the pre-auth payment from the bank's end, like I do with many other bills I pay this way?  Would it still be eligible for the $10 rebate?

Thanks,

LP

Hi, I recently signed up for a Bell plan (BYOD). The sales rep set up my pre-authorized payment, and I got an email confirming that I would receive a $10 credit. However, this credit is missing from my first bill. When I called Bell customer care, they said this credit will be applied only in the next billing cycle. I feel cheated by this misinformation.

- Is it possible for Bell to include the credit in the first bill? I mean to manually make this change and add the credit.

- If I cancel the plan now (i.e. within the 15 days), will I get my activation fee refunded?
