Why do I get an offer for fibe, spend time trying to order it online and only after 1/2hour find out that it is NOT available in my area. what a disappointing customer experience.

It is somewhat difficult to answer your question with the limited information that you have provided.
Bell may not have internet promotions available at a specific location due to several reasons, including limited capacity, eligibility restrictions, or the promotion is simply not being available in that area due to the network & infrastructure that is serving that location. It's also possible there may be a temporary issue preventing new connections.
I have included a web link that reflects the availability of Bell Fibe Internet in your neighbourhood. You will need to enter your address, Your address will be cross checked & verified with Bell Fibe servicing records.
Enter this web link in to any web browser. Do not log in to MYBell!
On the top of the page, enter your address. Select this & fill in the appropriate location information.
Pure fibre Internet | Bell Canada
Once Fibe is available, you will see the current status change. If there is no information posted, I would suggest checking back on a regular basis. This information is continually being updated.
You can also contact Bell Customer Service at: 1 866 394-6331 to verify & confirm availability.
