How to return Bell Wi-Fi pods

Why does Bell make it so hard to contact them or do these transactions online.  I'm trying online and I think I've gotten the new single pod ordered but don't know as have no confirmation and now it won't let me do anything to return the 4 other pods, no where will it let me do this and i'm very frustrated with this.  If you are going to provide self service tools than make sure they are robust and work.  You don't seem to take email's so i guess i have to wait for hours when chat is available or phone.  Not impressed.

Wi-Fi pods can be returned by going to Equipment returnOpens in a new tab or window Simply click on "Fibe Internet Wi-Fi pods" and fill out the form. Once the form is complete, you can email / print off the return label(s) to have the equipment mailed back.

Additionally, you can check out How to return your Bell equipmentOpens in a new tab or window.

As for the other pod you ordered, you should have received an email confirmation for your order. Please check your junk / spam folder if you do not see it in your main inbox.

If you haven't already contacted Bell to cancel your Wi-Fi pods, please call 1 866 310-BELL (3255) before you return your rental equipment.

Wi-Fi pods can be returned by going to this web link: Bell - Equipment return . Click on "Fibe Internet Wi-Fi pods" and fill out the form. Once the form is complete, you can email / print off the return label(s) to have the equipment mailed back.

Hi - I currently have 3 wifi pods but only need 1. Can I return the other 2 pods to a Bell Store?
