I need to add Roam Better to my monthly Mobility package. How do I do that….for the US?

Login to MyBell > My Services > Select your Mobility Device > Eg.  Mobility 123-456-7890 > Enter

Scroll down the overview list for your mobile device. Select > Buy Travel add-ons. > Choose your destination. Eg. U.S.A. Everything you need including any questions you may have related to Roaming, charges, etc is on this page. Enjoy!

Roam better is specific to each Bell mobiltity cell phone service. Billing will show up as part of your mobile bill & is included on your One Bill.

Login to MyBell & Go to > My Services. From this screen you will see all of the services that are a part of your One Bill account. View each Mobile service by selecting the individual service > Select Mobility Overview > Scroll down the page until you come to My travel features. From here, you will be able to see that Roam Better is activated.. If you wish to add a location to a specific mobile cell, Select > Buy travel add-ons & follow the prompt to add a location.

In order to activate Roam better on your mobile phone, you must go to your > Settings > Cellular > Turn on Cellular Data > Select Cellular Data Options > Roaming

We have two lines on our Bell Mobility account and we want to apply a Roam Better feature to one of the lines.

Do I just add it to our account and use with one of the lines we have?

How do you choose between Roam Better, and Roam Better with home data? For travel to the US?

This convenient roaming feature gives you unlimited talk and text in over 200 international destinations and back to Canada. Plus, you can use the data from your account while travelling. Available with most monthly plans and Small Business plans.

The Roam Better - with home data feature includes maximum download speeds for up to 5 GB of data usage per day. Beyond 5 GB, speeds are up to 512 Kbps for the rest of the day, suitable for light web browsing, email and messaging.† Data speeds reset at 12:00 a.m. (ET) daily. * Daily expiry at 11:59 p.m. ET

Travelling to the U.S.: $13.00/day Until 11:59 p.m. (ET)

Add Roam Better in MyBell or text ROAM to 8000.

If you travel often? Consider an Unlimited Canada/U.S. plan.

I want to buy Travel Add ons, selected the country (France), then tried to select Roam Better but the system is not letting me select. Bell Chat is essentially useless as help.

Could you please clarify as to what you mean when you say MyBell doesn't let you select? Are you getting an error message, or is roaming simply not an option available for you?

How do the $13 a day fee kick in when traveling to the US from Canada?   Do I need to contact Bell to let them know?

There is no need for you to contact Bell once you have added Roam Better. Roaming will automatically kick in when you are using your device in the U.S.

need to know what I have to do to use roam better without extra add ons

When traveling to the states, when I add the roaming to my plan do I have to add it the day before I go or can I add it now? Will it charge me just when I use my phone when traveling or everyday?
