Long Distance charge

I have a first time charge of $3.89 labelled "Triton Global Assist-ann".  What is this?  It shows a one minute call to 807-***-****.  I pay for long distance Canada and U.S.A.  Why should i have to pay this?

This is a reverse lookup on the number called and found. It is flagged by Bell as having a high rate of scammers using this number. If phoned, Triton Global Assist-ann you will offer you little satisfaction. If you used their service, then there is little Bell can do fix this charge.

Long distance  charges is one thing. Directory assistance, operator handled calls & everything else is another thing. A completely separate entity that is not within the complete control of Bell.

All this company wants is your money and they don't care that they are scamming you!

I wish I could offer you another solution other than to:

Do not share your information with anyone you do not know!

You need to: Check ! Double check & Triple check.

Caution is the better part of valour! Rather to be safe than sorry!
