I had a monthly prepaid account that I topped up myself. Then just after the last new month had started I received a text from Bell suggesting I sign up for an authorized top-program with a bonus offer. So I did that a few days later into my present monthly $30 plan. However somewhere it said that the top up program should be fully paid at the time I made the switch to the new automatic top-up option. I didn't see anywhere to add additional funds but it looked as though the new option was already in place. My concern at the moment is: will the new authorized plan at $30 make use my credit card details already in place at the beginning of the next month, and do I have to add anything myself now?

I’m wanting to cancel my setup of pre-authorised monthly payments for my pre-pay account, but not sure how to do that. I just want to be able to top up when I’d like to. Can someone help me out with this? (I don’t have the Bell app so can only use the website.)

Hi,
Currently I have 15$ monthly prepaid service on my mobile. Is it possible to pop-up pre-authorized payments of 100$ for 365 days ones on a year instead 15$ monthly?
