Pixel 8 monthly charges dropped

Hi I bought a Pixel 8 on contract with Bell from Staples 20 days ago. The monthly payment for the device was app. 11 dollars per month without tax for 24 months.

Now as I can see pixel 8 is available for 1 dollar per month.

How can I avail this benefit?

Phone prices can change over time. Once an agreement is signed, the phones monthly charge is locked in and can't be modified.
