Hello!
Bell participates in the government of Canada’s Connecting Families initiative, and the government has announced that the program will be expanded next year. We don’t have plans to roll out additional programs at this time.

Hello, I was wondering if everyone on PWD are eligible for the $20 Disability Discount. Also I was wondering if the Disability Discount applies to PrePaid plans as well?

Hello,
Besides participating in Connecting Families, does Bell offer reduced internet rates for people on social assistance, specifically Ontario Works?
Thank you!

I am trying to help my brother out. He currently has a Bell home phone. Is there an option for ODSP individual for lower home phone plan rate? $50 every month off $600 is alot!
I have looked through your site and googled and see nothing for any kind of discount.
Thanks

There is no option for a reduced rate or discount for Bell Home phone. There are price adjustments when multiple services are bundled. You should contact Bell to see if he qualifies for any.

I presently have a plan with Rogers for our cell phones which includes 2 free phones ,5 gig of data and we pay with tax 56.50 for both including tax[that's 25. ea.] This plan is for low income canadians and you have to prove it. They also have a plan for internet and TV which for 74.95 you get high speed internet and 70 TV channels. I'm wondering if Bell has anything like that for the tv and internet before I cancel them [they just raised my bill again]

Hello, it’s September 2024 and have a Code with Connecting Families Initiative. I applied online to create a portal. I called Bell today and was talking to someone in Loyalty about my bill. I asked them about this program and they didn’t know anything about it. I called billing and they didn’t know either. I called Roger’s and they know about it. No matter who you talk within Bell Departments no one knows about this program. Are they not trained or wish not to talk about this program. I will talk to Roger’s tomorrow and see what they say. They start at $9.99-$35.99 per month. I’m in a pension. It’s sad with Bell that that either they know or do not want customers to know. I’ve been with Bell for 25 years and at this point I’m not loyal anymore. They give me good promotions for the year. I left Telus and switched to Fido and honestly Telus after 20 years were not even trying to give me a better deal on my cell phone and only until I left they were offering me a much lower price. I’m not loyal to anyone anymore including hydro companies.
