I would like to know why Bell does not offer senior discounts. Can anyone provide an answer?

They are good at refunding when service is interrupted. But no, there's no senior discount that I've heard of. The 310-Bell phone number is a good start for refunds.

lol I’m not a senior but I still manage to find numerous issues to cut my bills even if I only pay $30/mo for starter + a la carte 5 and got $100 more credits last Nov. for including the live tv service in my bundle. By now I only have paid less than $10 after taxes for my residential bundle since last Dec.

Hello, because seniors are treated like everyone else, none of the phone companies offer seniors discount , even if we saved the tax would be a start:)

Why has Bell stopped offering a cheaper plan with reduced data available. This was ideal for seniors who do not need 50gb and who cant afford 65.00+ a month. I think my old plan was 40.00 and 4-5 gb which was perfect but I lost that when I got a new phone and the bell store rep cancelled my old plan and put me on the 50gb one with no ability to go back. For now I have talk and text only .

Bell does not offer a senior’s discount. You can make adjustments to all of their services by modifying your service plan & what you subscribe to. E.g. Fibe TV, Internet, Home phone & Mobility.

To view all pricing, simply log in to MyBell, select each of your services & either choose to modify or change the service package. You will then be able view selections that you can make to control some of your costs.

Bell Mobility does not offer Senior Discounts. They do offer promotions from time to time to all of their customers & the public at large. E.g. Black Friday, etc.

Hi, recently changed my plan I actually cut out data for $40.00 a month, I was pretty sure someone on forum said they had a seniors plan for $25.00 a month ,bell has no such plan.

To the best if my knowledge, Bell does not offer a seniors plan. They do offer a $20 discount per month for those with disabilities.
