Storefront location for In-store customer service

Is there a storefront location that I can actually talk to a person face to face to help me with some changes I would like to make to my mobility account? Wait times are ridiculous for online customer support. I would much rather deal with someone in person.

I am in the Goderich, Ontario area. Willing to travel to resolve my issues.

  • E.g. 148 Courthouse Sq., Goderich, ON;
  • 425 -10 St, Hanover, ON;
  • 1067 Ontario St, Stratford, ON;
  • Kitchener / Waterloo, ON; etc.
