Top up duration

On my prepaid mobile account I chose to top up $25 60 days. Does this mean I am paid up for 60 days. I’m asking because it never shows on my balance and I will get a text message telling me my payment is due after one month. Thanks

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

When subscribing to a Bell Prepaid plan, your monthly payment is based on the monthly solution that you've chosen. 

In the instance that you've chosen a $25 plan, you will need to make sure to top-up $25 every month prior your renewal date.
