Unable to delete my old MyBell profile

Hi, When I try to delete my old MyBell profile that is not linked to any service, I get the following error:
Due to technical difficulties, we’re unable to delete your profile at this time.

Good Day.
You can keep the same MyBell username for as long as you like. However, Bell will delete your username if you don't log in at least once every twelve months.
In order to delete your MyBell Profile username, you must unlink all services from your MyBell Billing & Service profile.
To delete your MyBell Profile username:
- Log in to MyBell using the profile you want to cancel.
- Click My profile at the top of the page.
- Select > Billing and services.
- Scroll down the list & select Billing or Service profile.
- Go to the bottom of page on the right side of the screen select each service as shown.
- Remove each service linked on this bill.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- At the bottom of the page select > Delete my profile.

Hi, As I mentioned before, there are no bills or services linked to the profile.

Can you clarify if you are accessing MyBell via a web browser or through the MyBell app?
We recommend trying both options (browser and directly in the MyBell app) to see if the error persists.
