Upgrading device on MyBell app - Confirmation shows different model than what I ordered

I recently upgraded my phone and plan on the bell app. I requested a 256gb s25 and everything was correct. I screenshot the photo of my order confirmed and deposit paid. I received an email with the confirmation and it says I ordered a 128gb s25. My bell app also says I ordered 128gb. Is this a known glitch? I called bell and told them the issue and they said they will have my issue forwarded and gave me a ticket #, and that they can't do anything right now because the order is already in progress. They said they will get back to me within 3 business days and give me an update. This happen to anyone else?

Anything is possible. It is possible that there was a system glitch or some other form of ordering mistake.

You did the right thing in bringing this to Bell's attention. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel the order & if it has already been shipped, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided you have your original sales receipt.

In any event, you should follow the instructions that were provided to you. You were given a ticket # and were told that they would contact you in 3 business days.

If a mistake has been made, Bell will correct this.
