Hey @dollino1. Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community.
The Visa Gift Card process has is a 60 day waiting period from the date of installation. After 60 days, eligible customers are sent an email to register for the Gift Card (if you don't see the email in your Inbox check in Junk Mail). Once successfully registered you will receive confirmation email within 24 hours, and a gift card by mail in 4 - 6 weeks.

After you receive your gift card, on the back of the card, there normally is a toll-free number and or web site so that you can call or visit to discover your balance. The information should also be attached with the gift card. This will include how & where you can use it.

When I signed on with Bell I was told a $200 prepaid card was part of my deal. It still says it’s on its way on my Bell account screen but it never came. The email address provided is... Emails bounce back. The phone number that Bell provided after 40 minutes is also - it has an outgoing recording that says it doesn’t accept private numbers. Bell is unhelpful in the worst way. Is this a Bell scam?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Thank you for posting your question.
A registration email is sent 60 days after your Bell installation is complete. Has it been 60 days since your service was installed?
Did you receive a gift card registration email? If it's not in your inbox, check your junk / spam folder.
FAQs Bell Prepaid Card | Bell Rewards
I have confirmed that there is no problem with the phone number 1-833-712-7018 and the web site included in this reply: Bell Prepaid Card Centre - Rewards
You would have received a confirmation email when your order was completed including instructions on how to register your Gift Card.
If you had not registered the Gift Card within 30 days of receiving the registration email, the promotion will have then expired.
For further assistance, please call 1-833-712-7018 to contact a customer service representative.
Monday-Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm EST
Take care.

It’s been months. I was told it would take a while. I didn’t receive any email from Bell about it. I finally got word it was on its way. Bell is so shady.

When I call that number it says “private or blocked numbers are not allowed” and then it hangs up. How do I contact them then? I don’t have a private number.

Good Day @RivalRebel
You more than likely do not have a private number. Please check your mobile device Phone app settings & adjust accordingly. These settings can vary between manufacturers. E.g. Show My Caller ID, etc.
You will need to turn this on.
If you don't show your caller ID, the person you're calling will see "No Caller ID," "Unknown," "Private Number," or a similar message instead of your phone number, hiding your identity for that call.
Take care.
