The Visa Gift Card process has is a 60 day waiting period from the date of installation. After 60 days, eligible customers are sent an email to register for the Gift Card (if you don't see the email in your Inbox check in Junk Mail). Once successfully registered you will receive confirmation email within 24 hours, and a gift card by mail in 4 - 6 weeks.

After you receive your gift card, on the back of the card, there normally is a toll-free number and or web site so that you can call or visit to discover your balance. The information should also be attached with the gift card. This will include how & where you can use it.

When I signed up with Bell they promised me a 200 dollar pre paid gift card, wondering how long it takes to receive it?

When will I receive my signing bonus gift card?

In October 2024, there was a Bell promo for 1.5GBPS and a $100 Visa Prepaid Giftcard after 60 days of continuous service.

The following note was part of the quote and offer on my agreement.  I signed up along with a few family members and friends.  After 4 months, we still haven't received a giftcard or email regarding the Visa prepaid card.

$100 prepaid card with eligible Internet service. 60-day continuous subscription and account in good standing required before card is fulfilled (shipment to follow).

Thanks for the quick reply.  I've checked my email including the junk folder and also have reached out to my family and friends that signed up around the same time, nothing has been sent via email.  Is there a number that we can call to inquire about the status of that email to register for the card?

It is best that you contact Bell Customer Service & explain the situation to the representative on line. Did you upgrade your service online, visiting a Bell store or by calling Bell Customer Service?

When you upgraded your internet service, were you given a promo code to enter at the time you placed your order? I would suggest that you call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)
