White screen when paying bill in MyBell app

I’m trying to pay my bill in the app. Yesterday, and today, after clicking Pay Bill, a white screen appears, with a screen fading effect, moving from left to right.  ???

Thanks for your question. What phone are you using? Do you have the most current version of your operating system? Have you got the most current version of the MyBell app? Finally, restart your phone. Can you use the app after a reboot?
