Hi there, @PCC. Welcome to the Bell Community.

Depending on how you're using your credit card to make payments, you'll want to look at one of the two following support articles.

  • If you're using your credit card to make one time payments, take a look at How to add or delete credit cards in the MyBell appOpens in a new tab or window
  • If you have a pre-authorized payment agreement for your credit card, take a look at How to pay my billOpens in a new tab or window, select Pre-authorized credit card plan, and scroll down Make changes using the MyBell app on your mobile device.

Give those a look, and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

You will need to set up setup One Bill Pre-authorized payment on MyBell.

To set this up,, simply login to MYBell > Select Pre-authorized payment in the One Bill section. > Choose your Method of payment, ie.Bank or Credit card. In your case > Select Credit card > Fill in all of the information fields. > Select Accept terms & condiitions at the bottom of the screen. Once you have completed this, you will never miss a scheduled payment. Your One Bill will be automatically charged to your credit card every month.

I have included the following to assist in answering any further questions that you might have you.

Billing and Payments

My Account & Billing - Bell Residential services

Note: Depending on the timing of your next billing & when you set up your Pre-authorized payment, you may need to make a one time payment as you are doing today. Should an overpayment occur because of this, your overpayment would be applied & credited to your next bill.

If you need any further assistance please let us know on the Bell Community Forum. Take care.

You can delete it from MyBell profile.

I read the above and I still cannot figure out how to change my Visa number. Why is it so difficult to do this? Most businesses make it super easy to navigate to the payment options. Where is the change payment method. You have a change Visa "because my credit card has been compromised'. What if you just want to change it and your credit card has not been compromised?
