"Internal server error" when trying to pay my bill

I'm trying to see my bill to pay it but every time I try, it says Internal server error.

Thanks for your question. If you can log in to the MyBell web site using a browser, it points to the issue possibly being in the app or your phone. It will lead to other potential paths to a solution. Try logging in using a browser and keep us posted about the result.
