Hi there @mccharbservices
We are currently no longer supporting / in process of phasing out SD receivers which is why you are most likely not receiving any programming. Additional to this, any receivers wanting to be used still need to be activated on your account in order for programming to be active.
You can also try activating the receiver manually to your account to see if it will work. Please check out our article How to activate an additional receiver
.
Hope this helps and Community is here if you have any other questions.

Hi there @mccharbservices
VOD service is still linked to your account programming that you subscribe to, so the receiver would still need to be activated on your account and it would also depend if the 4500 receiver signal has been cut do to SD receivers being phased out.
