I am recent Bell subscriber.
I have the TV Starter package with the option to add 10 a la carte channels at not additional fee.
I am trying to proceed with adding my 10 channel selection.
The selection list in the Modify setting indicates the added cost for these channels.
I am not sure how to select my 10 channels without incurring an addtional cost as specified when I signed up for the service.
It seems impossible to get through on the phone to get advice.

Hi there @GPH
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
If you already have the A La Carte 10 package, you would need to remove the same number of channels you are attempting to add, to avoid additional cost. If you do not have the A La Carte 10 package on your programming, adding the channels would incur additional costs.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Community.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Bell may offer promotions that include bonus TV channels as part of a bundled package or that are included as part of a wider TV package.
We would like to assist you, but we do not have access to your account and billing records on the Bell Community Forum. In order to answer your question, we would need for you to provide us with the specific details as it relates to this Starter TV package "option to add 10 a la carte channels at no additional fee."
I would suggest that you contact Bell Customer Service. A Bell service representative is better suited to discuss this free "A la carte" option.
"A la carte" are currently priced at $4.00 ea. or you can choose 10 channels for $33.00.
Please call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
Take care.

I'm new to Bell. I have selected 10 A La Carte channels through the Bell Rep. Now I can't swap any channel without getting charged. The Rep told me I could swap for free. Please tell me how to do this for free. I called the 1-866 Bell number but didn't get anywhere. TIA

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
You can make changes to your Fibe TV service by logging in to MyBell account with any web browser & selecting your TV service > Channel line-up > Modify TV channels. From here, you can choose to keep your current package, change your package, add Movies & series, Sports, etc. Select > À la carte. On the right side of the page, select / deselect the channels you wish to add, change or delete from your package. Follow the on-screen prompts and save your changes. There is no limit to what you can add or change.
I have also included the following web links that will further assist you. Choose any one of the three methods I have included to make change to your channel line-up.
