Good Day.

It appears to me that your dish has either shifted and / or the signal is being obstructed by trees, etc. In either case your dish may need to be moved and or realigned.

I would suggest that you contact Bell Satellite TV & arrange for a tech visit.

There would be a one-time service charge to re-align & reset your satellite dish.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Were you experiencing any issues prior to mistakenly removing the satellite?

In order to assist you further, can you please provide the community with the model of receiver that you are experiencing issues with? Have you tried to restart the receiver? Press and hold the Power button on the front of the receiver for 5 seconds and wait for the receiver to turn on. Any error codes?

The receiver may need to reacquire the satellite signal. Try removing all of the cables. Remove ALL inputs, run Check Switch, it will fail. Then reconnect all of your cables & try running the Check Switch once again.

I have included the following web link that will assist you. Please select your receiver model. Once you have chosen your model of receiver, Select > Step-by-step tutorials. This will take you to a list of subcategories. Within these subsections there will be a tutorial that will guide you through the replacement & setup instructions.
