Advertising Overrides International Channel

We are paying for one International channel.  Last 3+ months, in the middle of news or an episode, local ad is played (two ads are dominating Sure Health and Toober TV).  They are repeated many times, sometimes lasting more than 10 minutes!!! When they are done, we realize that they were playing over the content we were watching, so we have lost it.  It is becoming more and more frequent during the day... Does anyone experience same on other International channels?

Can you clarify which International channel you are referring to?

Does this happen just during a certain news broadcast/show or does it happen all of the time?

It happens on TV channel 688 (RTS -Serbia).  We do not have any other International channels, so do not know if those others have same problem.  

And it happens all the time, regardless of the program.  Unfortunately, it usually happens in the main news and some series we are following.

I even captured the advertizing company.

See attachment.  So Sure Health and Toober TV are advertizing themselfs over international programming channels.
