Hi there @DRA
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
For the 4K receiver and regular receiver, these should already be set up and you would just need to connect it to your television with an HDMI cord.
For your Smart TV's you would need to go to the built in app store and download the Fibe TV app if it is available / compatible with your brand of television.
For the Chromecast you would need to have this hooked up to a television and have the Fibe TV app downloaded on a compatible device (phone, tablet). Once you are on the Fibe TV app on your device you would hit the cast button to cast to your Chromecast.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Community.

That is one large subject to handle in itself. It is next to impossible to answer all of this in once easy to answer short reply.
Have you familiarized yourself with the equipment that you have mentioned?
I would work on the setup of oneTV at a time with the 4K receiver. Once you have mastered this, then move on to something else. I would look at the How To's on the main page of this forum. I would also go to the Bell support page & review the equipment & the tutorials that have been prepared & layed out to assist you. I would review your manufacturer TV manuals.
If you have a friend or a neighbour who has Bell Fibe TV, by all means reach out to them & tap them as a resource. I would encourage you to seek out their assistance & knowledge in helping you through this new viewing experience.
Can we help you out on the Bell Community Forum? Yes we can. If you need our help, we are here to work with you. Just ask a specific question. I, as well as every other member on this forum will do our best to make this as easy as possible. As is the case of just about everything in life, there is a learning curve. It needs to start with you.
Let the Community know if you have more questions & we will work with you & try to answer them.
Take care.
