Have also been having this problem for quite a while. Absolutely no browser on MacOS can show the images for tv.bell.ca. All browsers up-to-date, operating system as well.
It only works when I remove graphics hardware acceleration from the browser settings.

Same issue here with a MacBook Pro 2019 on MacOS 15.2 (latest version).
I tried on Arc, Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome latest version and cache erased browsers and without extensions enabled.
It only works on my mobile device and my Windows computer.
It only works when I remove graphics hardware acceleration from the browser settings on my Mac computer.

I can confirm that in order to display the picture you need to go to CHROME: SETTINGS - use the search for 'graphic' then toggle the 'use graphics acceleration when available' to off position - relaunch Chrome and the tv.bell.ca will now show the video and audio together.

That's a drag... I am using a MacBook Air M1, 2020, macOS Sequoia15.1.1 and all okay - wish I could help more.

Yes I know and it works.
But before it worked without to turn off this setting. And when I turn off this setting some other tool I use have an issue, so I have to go to settings again and enable it again.
I always have to go and back in this settings to toggle it depends what I have to do.
Bell should fix this on their side...
