We had a power outage the other night, and when the 9400 came back on again, the TV alternates between a blue and black screen. I am not able to reset it or get to a menu. I’ve left it unplugged overnight and still the same result. Any suggestions? Thanks!

If you cannot see any picture on your TV screen, plug your receiver in and then press & hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds.
If you can see a picture on your TV, then follow the steps in this web link:
