How to remove a parental control pin

After the outage yesterday, my tv came back on with a parental control pin lock that I never put on in the first place. How can I fix this problem?

We had a power outage last night and now our receivers are asking for a PIN code. We never setup a PIN code, how do I go about resolving this issue
