When I press the guide it is not accurate to the timing of the shows e.g. its 4:30 pm and it shows a show that starts at 5:00 pm on the channel

The time problem is receiver model specific.

Same issue with incorrect Program Guide time frames on most channels. Satellite TV subscriber, 6500HD receiver, no network connections. Rebooted receiver 3 times from diagnostic menu and also powered off & on twice for 30 seconds from household power source. No improvement.
Understand this is a significant and known issue for many, and that upstream work is underway to correct it. Any estimate on when this will be resonved?

Yes. If a specific model is affected you will have the issue. The models may be different but still in the affected list.
if you want a list of affected models just read all the posts here.

I’ve called Bell so many times nobody knows what to do. This is not just my area. It seems like most of Ontario what is going on it’s been like this since Friday, December 5. When will the guide be corrected

Maybe they have found a way to say we have to get Fibe T.V. as they can't fix the problem. Anyone know what the problem is or is that a closely guarded secret?

There is nothing known about why this is happening. Bell staff in the forum are aware of the situation.

When using the Guide function the time is ahead by an hour. When choosing a channel it goes into PVR mode and asks to set a timer. I’ve unplugged it and also reset it to factory settings but doesn’t change the issue. I’m assuming an issue on Bell’s end?
