Hello,
I'd very much like to remove a Super Ecran channel without removing Crave entirely.
My condo pays for the subscription so I'm not even sure I can remove Crave entirely if I wanted to. But I do have access to add channels to the package and I'd like to remove just one Super Ecran channel - but it shows as having a gray box when I try to do so.
Is there any way? It's really important to me. Putting a block in every app install or each box is not practical and would not resolve the issue of the content being available using the Restart functionality or directly by going to that through the website or app at the time of broadcast (including a new install or "Easiest" login through a device connected to the router).
(Yes, I want to block the AO content associated with Crave that is being broadcast nightly or accessible on the box all day through Restart functionality).
Thank you,
Peter

Thanks, aware of the purpose of the forum.
Really I'm happy to remove Super Ecran entirely. But Bell reps previously told me it was impossible to change anything about the Crave package, to remove any included channel. I was wondering if anyone has ever had any luck having such done; that perhaps I just didn't talk to the right rep or was not insistent enough perhaps.
I'm on a VIP7802 box but it's irrelevant because I don't want these channels or content to appear anywhere, especially not in the guide or with a restart capability, locked or not. I tested putting a "lock adult programs" but confirmed if I uninstall the FibeTV it gets lost and the descriptions are visible again. I just really want to remove Super Ecran entirely - no need for it or it's unedited hardcore pornographic content. TMN3 used to do similar years ago but that didn't carry forward. I'm sad it continues on the French version.
Thanks very much,
Peter

Thank you for your reply. I wish I could assist you further, but I cannot. I am not aware of any other solution that is available that will meet your specific needs.
Take care.
