Cannot access Fibe TV app on my phone

I am a new Bell subscriber and can not access the Bell Five App on my phone. The ‘easiest’ method won’t work and the ‘best’ method is not recognizing my password for My Bell. Any suggestions?

Hopefully you have it working by now. I went nuts with same problem. Apparently it will only work once you have an account number. Bell sent me a Welcome email with a password that started with b1 and said to use that to register. That just does not work. After hours with next to useless agents on Chat, having a tech come and check our system, I still could not get it to work. Finally I called a Bell number and a helpful lady found my real account number and walked me through setting up a MyBell account and a username and password. Once I had those, the Fibe TV app worked. Seems there can be a delay in getting that number. Mine was there in about 2 days, but maybe earlier.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community Forum. Can you please provide us with further information? Do you have a Bell TV account? If so, which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV, Fibe TV App or Satellite TV.

When you log into your MyBell account do you see your TV service & account number showing? If not, what services do you see? Do you have Bell Internet?

I have included the following for you to review. Please check out the following web links & advise if we can assist with any further setup questions that you might have.

Fibe TV app and how do I use it?

Using the Fibe TV app on a mobile device

Let us know.

Take care,

I trust both  of your services are set up & functioning & that you have a MyBell account & it is set up for one of your services. Eg. Fibe TV, Internet, Mobile, etc.

Once you complete the following steps by linking your accounts in MyBell, there will be numerous other benefits to linking them, including One Bill, & the Fibe TV App.

If you wish to add an additional service such as TV, Internet, Home phone, Mobiliity, etc., to MyBell & set it up for One Bill you will need to link these services / accounts in your MyBell.

To do so, open any web browser & Login to your MyBell account.

Next, go to the following link & follow the steps as shown for linking your accounts in MyBell:

How to add another account to MyBell

Follow these steps for each of the service you wish to link to MyBell. Once completed, you will be able to view all of your services & pay all of your accounts from one location using One Bill. You will also be able set up method of payment, auto billing payment, look at your history, account information, etc.

I have also added the following link to better assist you in understanding One Bill, how it works & who can receive One Bill.

What is One Bill and how does it work? : Who can receive One Bill? (bell.ca)

This did not help. I don’t need another account, I would like to install Fibe TV to my phone.

Hi there @jjw
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
When you log into your MyBell account do you see your television account number showing? If not, what services do you see?
Looking forward to hearing back.
