Does the Model VIP 5662W support CEC?

Want CEC and my older whole home PVR doesn’t support it, and I’m wondering if the newer models do.

Good afternoon @Madman1,

Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂

The Bell Fibe TV Box (7802) and the Bell Streamer both support CEC.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

The purpose of HDMI-CEC is to allow a single remote control or device to control other devices in a multimedia setup. It allows for both user-driven control of devices by remote control as well as automated actions performed by the devices on your behalf. E.g. HDMI devices that can be controlled with one remote control, etc.

The Bell Fibe TV Box (7802) and the Bell Streamer both support CEC.

Take care.
