Episode 4 of Boston Blue not available on CTV and Paramount Plus

Why is episode 4 of the show Boston Blue not available to either CTV or Paramount Plus. Is this an effort to boost Crave TV subscriptions which does show access?

Boston Blue Episode 4 did broadcast last Friday evening on Bell Fibe TV & as well on the Fibe TV App. It was available on CTV 1201, CBS 1222, CTV 1254 - 1257, 1261, & 1265 at 10:00pm. It was also available on CTV 1253 & CBS 1287 at 1:00am EST Saturday morning.

The TV series Boston Blue is connected to Paramount Plus. It is produced by CBS Studios (which is owned by Paramount Global) and its episodes are available for streaming on Paramount.

Program scheduling & licencing for Boston Blue is controlled by CBS.

Bell Media - Bell TV has no affiliation with Paramount Plus. This part of your question would be best answered by contacting CBS & Paramount Plus.
