Are you able to share how you are accessing live TV on your laptop (through web browser or is it the app)?
Are you able to share what error message you are seeing?
Are you able to access your recordings?

I can watch movies and shows. I get the live TV guide but can't get any channels. Error message is 1009m/18. Get same message on laptop as well as phone.

If you're still receiving the error 1009p/18, try turning off your VPN and testing.
