I just cancelled Bell (tv and internet) but now want to subscribe to Crave (the Crave/TSN bundle). When I try to subscribe though, it still recognizes me as a Bell subscriber and I get an error message. How do I fix this?

Yes, a new email address worked, thank you. Will try to use my original next month as the different address causes other minor issues on Roku, but all good for now. Thanks again.

Good Day.
Were these services linked to your Bell account? Has your account been fully closed or is it still active on MyBell?
If you just cancelled your Bell services and are now trying to activate the Crave / TSN immediately on the Crave website, there may be conflict with your account if TSN & Crave were linked to your Bell account.
To sign up for Crave after cancelling your Bell subscription, visit the Crave website (crave.ca) and click "Subscribe" to create a new direct subscription to Crave, as your Bell-linked account is no longer active.
Did you have a Bell email address? You may need to use a different email than the one previously linked to your Bell account.
If you encounter any issues, contact Crave customer support for assistance, especially if you're having trouble creating a new account.
Take care.

Thanks. Not a bell email address but didn't want to totally leave mybell since I just returned equipment. Did exactly what you described but got an error message. Didn't want to have to use a different email address but may try that!

Hi there @crushing1
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
We wanted to check in to see if using a new email address worked?
Looking forward to hearing back.
