Can you Stream TSN after the program has ended, ie: Similar to PVR?
Is there any advantage to having a Bell box, vs Streaming TSN?
Do you need any additional hardware for streaming, I'm thinking no?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
I have tried to capture some of the major points for you. Hopefully this will be of assistance to you.
- "Can you Stream TSN after the program has ended, ie: Similar to PVR?" No.
- "Is there any advantage to having a Bell box, vs Streaming TSN?" Yes. Fibe TV is powered by Fibe Internet so that you can enjoy live and on demand TV and access to thousands of apps all in one place. Also included: Cloud PVR, more channels, includes Fibe app, you can go back in time, record, playback, pause, commercial skip, schedule, etc.
- "Do you need any additional hardware for streaming, I'm thinking no?" There is no additional hardware. You do require a Bell Internet modem, Fibe TV package & a streaming device. This can be on a TV; computer, mobile device & tablet. E.g. Bell Streamer, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Chromecast, etc.
I have included the following web links for your review & comparison.
TV packages | Fibe TV | Bell Canada
4K Receiver | Fibe TV | Bell Canada
Fibe TV app | Fibe TV | Bell Canada
Take care.

You could possibly just log into the TSN app using your TV provider (Bell) The Login and pass would be your bell myaccount login and password and it may still have some programs still being replayable like Sportsnet.
Is there any advantage to having a Bell box, vs Streaming TSN? - NO unless you're looking for 4K sports then you need the bell box for 4K sports which requires a different plan.
@WelshTerrier seemed to have answered the last question for you answered below.
